This class is all about toning the glute muscles in the bum and strengthening the abs and core. Using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises to achieve these goals. (Approx 20 mins glute work and 20 mins ab/core work)
Resistance bands will be provided to each individual so there is no sharing. You are more than welcome to bring your own.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
