This class is for all abilities and ages. There will be two options for each exercise to accommodate beginners and the more advanced person to help push yourself.
Example:
Station 1 - Jogging on the spot (Beginner)
- Jumping Jacks (Advanced)
Station 2 - 5kg Slam Ball (Beginner)
- 15kg Slam Ball (Advanced)
Stations are made up of cardio, strength and core.
