This class is a mainly strength based full body workout , with a little cardio thrown in sometimes for good measure. Using kettlebells, set to timed intervals and suitable for all abilities, whether beginner, intermediate or  advanced I'll be with you every sweat of the way.
There is a selection of kettlebells you can use but if you have your own then please bring them along.
