6 stations working in pairs to help each other lift heavier. Stations include hip thrusts, squats, thrusters, chest press, one arm row, shoulder press.
This class is for MAX 12 PERSONS that want to push on and reach the next level.
The class will have no more than 12 persons which enables us to concentrate on progression, knowledge and achieving the goals you want.
